Goats provide about 60 percent of the red meat that is consumed worldwide. In New England, goat meat can often be found in neighborhood markets that serve diverse populations. We supply goat meat by the half or whole goat and cut to order. Our meat is locally grown, humanely slaughtered at Blood Farm in Groton and is USDA inspected.
